Re to Madre: 13 days until Christmas:

Yeah December is flying by haha! I am doing super good! Yeah the mission office texted me and said that two of my packages are here! So crazy story I'm 99.9% sure that we used to have magnesium like that at our house cause I'm pretty sure I was taking that fairly regularly at some point! I greatly appreciate all of the information that you found and sent me! It is very helpful and I will definitely utilize it! I love you too Mom! Hah just a little sappy!

Love, Elder Cody Adams

p.s. I am one lucky dog 🐕

Good afternoon Dad!

This week has been really great and productive! That is so cool for Dallin Evans!! I'm way excited for him! He's going to do great things (on his mission)! Yep transfers are on Wednesday! I am getting transferred to Ellensburg in the Selah zone! My area will be Reecer Creek East, West and the YSA up there! I'm definitely going to miss Yakima and Tieton drive, but I am ready for some change!

We had some more good meetings with Sherry! I will miss teaching her, but Elder Wheeler is staying so she will be fine. I started messaging a couple new people on Facebook and I'm trying to set them up with the missionaries where they live so that could be cool! We had a zone testimony meeting last Friday and it was super spiritual! My guy Elder Anderson bore his testimony and it was super fire!

Love you too Dad!

-Elder Cody Adams

{Note: Cody did not go to Ellensburg this transfer. On Tues night, 12.13.22, he got a call from the AP's assigning him to Coulee Dam area, but his companion for that area was in the hospital with a collapsed lung, so Cody was sent to Omak to be in a trio -see the next post. On the way back to Omak from the transfer location there was lots of snow on the roads, and the vehicle that Cody was in, as well as another car of elders, struggled in the snow until at one point they all got stuck. After working so hard together to get unstuck, and to stay warm, Cody told everyone, "This isn't worth it if we don't go to each other's weddings." Always keeping the big picture in mind.
